Return Policy

Duo Temple Hair Exports LLP will only accept return for products with manufacturing defect or if the product is different from what you have ordered. In any such case Duo Temple Hair Exports LLP must be notified within 5 days from the date of delivery about the issue. The product must be returned in original condition unworn, unwashed and uncut with the original packing to claim an exchange or refund. Product that is damaged due to buyer’s negligence can not be accepted for a return or exchange. Product sent back to us without notifying us and without our approval does not qualify for a refund or replacement. Exchange or refund will be processed only after we have received and verified the product and the authenticity of the claim. We do not reimburse or refund shipping charges.

How to return or exchange an item

• Notify us about the issue within 5 days from the date of delivery and specity the defect or the issue.
• We will notify you about your claim and inform you the return details.
• Ship the product back to us with a return tracking number
• After we have received the product back and the authenticity of the claim is verified we will refund or replace the product.
